Full Name: Cameryn Valerie Conall. Expecting a son, they had named her after her father Cameron. However, when Cameryn was born, they adopted a more feminine version of the name. Her middle name is Valerie, after her mother.
Nicknames: Cami, Eryn ("aaron"), Ryn, or Cece.
Birthday: December 13th
Age: 17
Occupation: Student, Violinist, Carver Apprentice
Sexual Orientation: Straight, though may dabble
Location: District 7
Hair Color Style and Length: A blonde by nature, it will range from golden to a light color depending on the amount of light that she gets. She usually wears it down, where it just brushes her shoulders. Depending on the humidity, her hair will vary from straight to wavy. While she wishes that she could style it more, the simplicity and overall "agreeableness" of her hair allows her to go about without really caring about how it looks.
Eye Color: Eryn is known for her lively brown eyes. A classic brown-eyed girl, they tend to range in the more warm and chocolate colors. They demand your attention and make you want to continue looking at her.
Body Type and Height: Cami is about five foot five, which puts her at an average height for a girl her age. Weighing in at only a stunning a hundred and seven pounds, her build is described as willowy. Lacking a lot of the muscle that most girls in the Lumber District have, she has the natural pose and build of a violinist and a pianist.
Clothing Style: When asking a girl what she likes to wear, you typically would receive a straight-forward answer. Maybe they normally wear dresses, or jeans and tee-shirt. However, Cami doesn't like making choices in this category. She can be typically seen wearing skirts, a completely outlandish idea while living in the locale she does, and a nice shirt. Cameryn dresses to impress, making sure that those around her know that she means business. While not working in the labor parts of the districts, she will move through them with grace and style, usually inspiring a few males lacking motivation to continue working harder. So, whether she is wearing jeans and tee-shirts or a fancy dress, she manages to move through her environment with grace and style.
Marks: Eryn has a few scars on her back, though she is sensitive about them if somebody were to point them out. At a quick glance, they appear to be scratches from a tree. In fact, this is what she tells people when they ask about them. She fell out of a tree when she was young and that was why she had the scratches on her back.

m u s i c Growing up as the daughter of a wood carver and a lumber jack has left Cameryn with a lot of opportunities to become a skilled musician in the categories of violin and piano. Music, unlike most things in Panem, soothes her and keeps her mind focused. While playing, it is hard to draw her attention away, which makes it a sort of annoyance to some people. Occasionally, she will play her violin in the midst of crowds, hoping to gain some sort of trade.
s m a l l - a n i m a l s Being an only child, it can be hard for Cami to make any sort of friends. However, she does take a strong cotton to any sort of creatures that are small by nature. Puppies, kittens, mice, birds, fish... You name it, she has probably tried to keep one of them as a pet to help her fend of loneliness. She enjoys caring for them and some might say she could become a very good nurse if she actually tried to focus on becoming something useful in her life.
c o m p o s i n g If there's one thing that she likes to do, it's making things flow together. Whether it be writing a piece of music, directing a conversation, or even organizing a desk. Though shy, this is one of the many ways that she can show her true emotions. While most people would yell at people or avoid those who hurt her, she tends to take a more indirect approach. It may be writing a story, composing a new violin piece, or even rearranging her bedroom in a certain way to display her distaste.
f r i e n d s Not many people would consider themselves friends to Cameryn, but she considers most people her friends. Being surrounded by people she knows, she's one to really pick apart somebody and find everything good about this. This may be a bad thing, as she will typically see no wrong in somebody. However, this helps her cope day to day. Whether she is sitting by herself or in a crowded room, friends are something that she values highly and would hate to be without.
Dislikes
s m a l l - s p a c e s Ever since Cameryn was little, she has never liked small spaces. She would rather sleep on her parents bed as a baby than in a crib. The sprout of this dislike is unknown to most people, but she has been labeled claustrophobic by numerous persons. Though Ryn doubts this, she can understand why others may want to put a label on something they don't understand.
e x p e c t a t i o n s Personally, CeCe hates the idea of "living up to somebody's expectations". She believes that nobody has the right to decide what she should live for. Which is why she will probably never be a nurse or work as a carver as her mother believes she will. Those are plans made by other people, not her. They don't have to right to think they know what she wants to do!
b r o c c o l i Surrounded by trees, broccoli worries her. Why would anybody want to eat the baby trees of what they make their living off of? Cauliflower is easier for her to understand, as any tree that is white is definitely not healthy for their life-style. Except birch trees. Those show where the water is at.
s n a k e s Snakes are terrible creatures and are spawns of Satan. They slither and hiss and something that terrifying can not be anything good! Her dislike for them seems to be an inner fear with no explanation, as she has never had any bad experience with the scaled creatures.
Strengths:
f a s h i o n When it comes to fashion sense and the ability to stand out, Cameryn is number one. While it may seem that her sometimes outlandish clothing choices would be frowned upon in her society, she does know how to pull a lot of different outfits together out of what is acceptable. She is very generous with helping people pick out colors that will go well together and is rather meticulous about it.
c o m m u n i c a t i o n CeCe is very good at communicating with other people. Whether it be leading a conversation or simply getting her point across, she has a level and quiet voice that makes you feel like you should listen to her when she does talk. Though her shyness can keep her from her ultimate conveying of her thoughts, when she does speak, it's usually about something important and insightful.
v i r t u o s o Extremely musically inclined, it is rare that you could introduce her to a song or a rhythm that she couldn't tell you the beat, measures, and what key the song is written in. Though this could be seen as rather useless, it's something that makes her happy and allows her to keep people entertained by trying to quiz her on her random database of musical knowledge.
n e g o t i a t i o n Acting as a mediator, Eryn is known for her amazing skills to find compromise. She will rarely take sides unless her feelings are extremely strong about the subject. Her ability to find the good things in almost anything make it easy for her to find the points that people want to keep in an argument and maintain them in a perfect matter of happiness and peace.
Fears:
d a r k The dark is not really what bothers her, moreover the things in the dark. Being unable to see, it really gets into her head and creates elaborate illusions that will frequently make her cry out or run away. Even now, she sleeps with a candle light, despite the dangers that can possess. It's better than people around her thinking that she is insane.
b e l t s Though Eryn will wear them, Cameryn has a strong aversion towards people when they are taking off their belts. It insights a fight-or-flight instinct that she has never been able to explain. As it is, she avoids her father when he gets off work and is trying to get rid of his lumber jack gear.
h e i g h t s Cameryn would rather be a carver if she had to do anything that somebody wanted her to do, as the heights of the trees scare her. Dizzying vertigo makes it hard for her to stand and she will typically start shaking uncontrollably just looking out the window from her two story room.
l o v e Love is a scary subject. Cameryn doesn't understand why love compels so many people to do stupid things. Like some people will say "I love you to death" or "I couldn't live without you". To Cami, these are scary thoughts. She doesn't understand how people can really like somebody so much that they would be willing to die for them.
s p i d e r s Spiders are another spawn of the devil. That is all.
Goals:
v i o l i n i s t One of the biggest goals in her life is to be able to show her violin, or even piano skills, to the world. Though she knows it would be hard for her to ever leave the district, the thought of being able to go and play for the Capital is alluring to her. It is something that she will always strive to accomplish and never give up on.
f a m i l y Cameryn wants to eventually get married and have a few children of her own. Her parents seem so happy all the time when they're together, so sometimes she wishes that she would fall in love. But until then, she will just live with the fantasy that she will one day have a family that she can love and care for.
Mother: Valerie Jordan Conall is thirty-five years old. She currently is employed as a carver, in which she will frequently be whittling away at items to make them appear more attractive than they were originally. Valerie also creates small figurines which she will sell on the side or give to the neighborhood children.
Father: Cameron Jace Conall is thirty-eight years old and works in the lumber industry. Though one of the elder men out in the labor force, he still manages to bring in enough money to spoil his daughter at times. Most of the items that Valerie carves are from scraps that Cameron brings home.
Siblings: Cameryn is an only child. Though her parents wanted another child, Valerie's marriage before this one did not on good notes. Not wanting to push, but unable to just leave the family to end at them, they had one child.
Other Significants: Cameryn has a half-brother from Valerie's previous marriage. They do not know of each other very well, just that they exist.
Pets: Cameryn owns a mouse named Twitch. Cloudy grey in color, the mouse is no more than an inch wide and three inches long. Cameryn found her stuck under a rock while walking around and has kept her around ever since. She will frequently keep the mouse either in her pocket, on her shoulder, or running around next to her. She finds Twitch absolutely adorable and you would receive much grief from her if you ever tried to attack her.
Wealth Status: The Conall's are not extremely wealthy, but they consider themselves upper-class. While her father works in the lumber yards, her mother is an amazing carver which allows them to be able to afford a bit more than what other families in the District can. This isn't to say that it isn't without it's problems, however. Cameryn often has to find temporary jobs to make ends meet for their household.
Overall History: Cameryn Valerie Conall was born on December 3rd. Though they were not aware of this, the day used to be considered National Violin Day. However, this was a long lost tradition, especially with the new nation. She was born with blonde hair like her mother's but with mysterious brown eyes that belonged nor to her mother or her father. Her soon to be willowy frame was also abnormal for both sides of the family she had come to belong too. However, neither of her parents really worried about it for a long while.
She grew up in the wood shop with her mother, helping her hold small wooden figurines that she created day in and day out. It was evident that Cameryn was not meant to be in this sort of location, as she was always humming or whistling or trying to create some sort of music. It wasn't until she was nine that her mother was able to get her hands on a violin. Eryn caught onto the new toy quickly, and soon became a very good musician for her age. Her parents were delighted, though they tried to keep most of her work at home. After all, musicians wouldn't make it in the District.
It wasn't until she was eleven that anything bad in her life really happened. Sure, she would get in trouble at times, but nothing life shattering. That was, until a boy showed up at the door one day. He looked older than her, but the resemblance between them was unsettling. Valerie had taken him in and kept him in her shop, talking to him quietly. Cameryn had hid in the room, listening to the conversation. Why her mother was telling the boy to leave and not come back for a while she could not understand, but she could never bring herself to ask. The boy left before her father came home and it was as if nothing happened.
Then, about a month later, the boy showed up again. This time, he was accompanied by a tall man with a narrow build. He had dark chocolate eyes that would probably have looked a lot more warm in color if he had been happy. However, the look on his face was stern. Cameryn's mother was not home when the man showed up, but her father was. It was a brief, heated discussion later before the man left with a black-eye and an assumed broken arm. That night her mother and father got in a fight. Eryn wasn't sure what it was about.
CeCe does not remember a lot of what happened between her ages of eleven and thirteen, just that it went by in a blur. It was during this time that her father was abusive towards her. She assumed it was because she had done something wrong, never really finding the reason why. While her mother was out on vending trips, he would lock her in a small room upstairs, looking out over the forest. He would hit her with his belt at times if she got mouthy, but that wasn't often. Her fear of spiders and snakes spawned from this as well.
Finally, the hatred towards her stopped. Many of her fears were created during this time, but when asked about them now four years later, she couldn't tell you. She continued to play her music and remain distant from society, trying not to rub anybody the wrong way. However, lately, she has been taking herself and throwing herself into the real world and trying to find real friends. At seventeen years old, she's avoided the Reaping very well lately. She just hopes that nobody is going to try and hurt her or her family again.
